weapons that endangered everything that we stand for and because we're so gone the diktat the detox of spirits. to make us more committed to healing than killing is a huge cultural challenge and just kind of as a as a fall because we're running out of time i'm wondering are you more hopeful this year at this inauguration because i know you know four years ago two thousand it was very emotional for you but are you more hopeful this time around. because present one begin against tremendous odds of hate hoss. you're not an american they said you're not a christian this if you were not born here against such hostility you want when he came in the last four million jobs on him began about five million souls in that swing of five million jobs more americans have health coverage today a more youth kilogrammes education a subset of the day all the benefits of number one again manufacturing automobiles

you again so david last of your we talked about your congressional run we're all excited about it you're just with drew you made a public statement why a very eloquent explanation talk about it i think the system as it exists right now is completely broken and hopefully it won't be like that forever hopefully it will fall to a point where independent voices and young people can get into the system but it's not there right now the campaign finance laws are designed to keep honest people independent people out of because i wasn't willing to align with the party i wasn't willing to take special interest money i did not have enough money to continue and i would need campaign finance attorneys and a full time compliance staff just to stay in the game that's how rigged it is they bury you in paperwork and i was getting pitched by companies by election consulting companies they're saying we could take over your messaging for you we can handle your demographic data mining we can keep you in compliance with the government with the four different agencies you have to deal with or three agencies plus the states

that's four in total there's a serious this is not what's in the constitution this is not what our founding fathers really intended they didn't intend for all these middle men to be there they intended it to be for somebody twenty five years of age or older to go to was . to d.c. and represent their districts and do a public service really and now it's not that now it's a career opportunity for people to get in there and stay in there and we have a twelve to fourteen percent approval rating for congress as a whole and yet the same people stay in for decades why is that if i run a restaurant or you're in a restaurant and only twelve percent of the customers were leaving that restaurant satisfied with their meal that restaurant would be either out of business or shut down by the authorities so why is that that's a great question i mean you just heard me talk about the term of it's own people overwhelmingly support term limits and also they want to abolish the electoral college it seems like these are two things that really do break this system really makes it hard for young people to get involved how how can we make this happen how do we bring this idea to fruition if we all want this yeah there's

a lot of public out at the out there i think at this point if you have enough money you can get in regardless of what you actually believe which is a huge problem i mean just as one example fifty percent or fifty one percent of americans believe in marijuana reform but only something like two percent of elected officials believe in that so it's a huge disconnect and it's just one issue where there's a disconnect i think our whole system as it exists right now is kind of a meat grinder and what goes in is our hard earned money taxpayer dollars and what comes out predator drones and warrantless spying programs and t.s.a. checkpoints and then with some of the pennies that fall between the cracks and the couch with some of those pennies we get education. and your budget and actual good things for society. to see how much of our taxpayer dollars are going to just death and destruction and all the smartest minds in the country working on that faster drunk we are going to. get exactly we need those killer laser drones you know let's talk about the inauguration it was so absurd i mean it was just a total mess that you weren't experiencing that but i mean it was also funded by

a giant corporations exxon mobil microsoft i mean interestingly enough yesterday also mark the third anniversary of citizens united of course in this court case ruling that says corporations. donated unlimited amount of funds to politicians what do you think about the inauguration and how much of this legislation really poll loot everything that is supposedly a democracy. you know your it should look like a lot of fun but it's pretty ridiculous just an orgy of cash and these big corporations putting money into it it's almost like ancient rome having people sucking up to the emperor that's what it's like these companies want to stay on the good side of the administration so they dump some money into it and the media was like oh obama's keeping it so restrained this time around just the small private celebration just came in six hundred thousand seven hundred thousand people. you know close supporters that's not a small celebration i will never get six hundred thousand people out to an event and it's huge it costs a lot of money the security costs i don't necessarily have

a problem with that but that money should not be coming from corporations who stand and then i have a problem with it because i think it's absurd to have a second giant inaugural party for someone who's already been seated in office for four years plus he's a bad president did all these people just forget how bad his policies have been i mean that is hysterical waving american flags all dornan obama you're good at giving late night t.v. interviews you know he is a good speaker that's pretty much what he has going for him i mean let's talk about the issue that the corporate media is totally failed as they're covering this and you know the ball the diamonds the glitz and glamour the n.b.a. . past again what do you think about the fact that here it is just past despite all the resistance over the last year the lawsuit i mean the protests and what the what we do here. we're turning into idiocracy culture i mean you go to the airport and it's like. amusement park for rights violations you see a flashing sign that says have i.d.

ready and there are signs now that have pictures of german shepherds on them and say roving canine teams are in use courtesy of t.s.a. you know like your safety is our priority that's a little slogan your safety is our priority and take off your shoes if you're over the age of seventy five you don't have to take. it's this is the society that we've built for ourselves and now we're kind of dealing with the consequences of that and when you ask people about these issues you ask them about. which almost which could have passed to people how to raise awareness for internet censorship in america not in china in america you ask you about the stuff they just don't really know about it they're focused on honey boo boo they're focused on the n.f.l. players who fake their internet girlfriends fake internet girlfriends that's where all of our resources are going right now to figuring out you know was his girlfriend real that guy manti t.e.o. read every. fish every hair is this like we just lost art or a powerful nation and we have a lot of great things going for us and we're innovative and we have so much money and so much land and natural resources but our priorities are

a little eft up right now that's hard to dispute but david we need the n.b.a. to catch terrorists we need to present we need to align. people criticize means inauguration yeah why do you hate the troops so much that i just really can't figure out. what i love the troops hate the drone so yeah you know we haven't gotten a lot but i think including myself are they a lot of your supporters were really excited to see you ron because we always are like oh he's a star and there david i was excited too it's impossible to win if you're not willing to sell by joining the article or having one of these crazy electric consulting companies tell you what to say it's so sad but i mean for people who are looking out to you and saying you know what next what's next for you and what do you say to people who do want to get involved in this is an change we have very little time i say good luck it helps if you have a lot of personal wealth a lot of family wealth helps if you're willing to be backed by the koch brothers or by their equivalents on the left those things help if you're not willing to sell out don't even try just continue doing what you're doing now which is raising

speaking the truth in two thousand and eleven lupe they called obama the biggest terrorist in reference to his drone program and described the president as quote someone who is a great speaker but kills little children so vocal opponent of war a champion for peace and freedom of speech looking fiasco you're my hero so that brings me right to the villain who's maybe too much of an easy target conservative author ann coulter most famously known for outlandish political commentary in the mainstream media if i were to talk about all her blunders and disparaging remarks it would take me literally all day and i don't want to give her that much time so i just go with the latest recently she returned from an enlightening trip to europe where the problems facing gun violence in america suddenly became crystal clear check out what she had to say. on the gun crimes we keep hearing how little they are in europe and over there so no when they have no guns if you compare white populations we have the same rate as belgium so perhaps it's not

a gun problem it is a demographic problem. well not a gun problem but a demographic problem instead hold up really what she's saying is that this is some issue of gun control mental health or the systemic causes of violence and inequality you know it's just blacks and hispanics apparently they're the plague keep in mind this is the same woman who said in the wake of the fukushima nuclear meltdown that radiation is good for you it actually prevents cancer i'm not joking here for yourself. the way you do in the body is an agent to ward off cancer. as many scientists believe as the new york times science section has reported it doesn't get press because it is why your account we should all be heading for the nuclear reactor leaking in well the kind of thing out there in front of. you that will end. and coulter you officially become a parody of yourself and p.s. when you get called out by an equally absurd pundit like bill o'reilly maybe it's
